It was a pleasure to award Rowen, Eric and the team at Plant Pots and Wellies with an Asda Foundation grant for £1,600 to improve access for the less mobile members of the visitors who regularly help out and use the amazing space at this community allotment.
It truly is one of the friendliest groups in Harlow and it's always good fun when I go along to help them – especially when Pickles the dog is there causing mischief in the flower beds!

We would like to say a massive thank you to Wilkinson Sword Garden Tools and Town & Country for the wonderful tools and gloves they donated to us! What a lovely surprise it was when the big parcels arrived! Such a generous gift of forks, spades, hoe, rake, loppers, hand tools, children's and adults gloves - it was like Christmas in summer! We were delighted to receive such a lovely selection of high quality first class items that will enable us to continue our horticultural therapy work here. Your support is very much appreciated and we will enjoy using everything!
